Overview

These terms apply when you use the PMHOURS online store or place an order with us. By using the store, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Store information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate. We may correct genuine errors, update information or cancel an affected order and provide a refund where required. Product colours can vary slightly between screens and lighting conditions.

Orders and payment

An order is submitted when checkout is completed and is accepted when we confirm it. Prices are shown in the checkout currency, with Australian dollars used for the Australian market unless checkout states otherwise. Payment processing is provided through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to destinations accepted at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and local conditions. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our voluntary 30-night trial is separate from rights available under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund and Returns Policy and 30-Night Trial page for details.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use it for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PMHOURS store content, branding and original creative materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMHOURS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Australian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
