Placement

Place PM1™ under the edge of a pillow or immediately nearby. Adjust its position and volume for comfort. Stop using it in any position that creates pressure, heat or discomfort.

Charging

Use the USB-C connection and a compatible power source. Keep the charging port clean and dry, and do not charge the device beneath bedding.

Cleaning

Turn the speaker off and disconnect power. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, barely damp cloth, then allow it to dry fully. Do not immerse it, machine-wash it or apply liquid directly to the fabric, controls or port.

Basic troubleshooting

• If pairing fails, turn Bluetooth off and on again, restart PM1™ and keep the phone nearby.
• If audio breaks up, reduce distance and remove obstacles between the phone and speaker.
• If it will not power on, charge it in a ventilated location and try again.
