Free tracked worldwide shipping

Tracked shipping is included with every PMHOURS order to destinations accepted at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation first, then a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and local conditions. Any estimate shown during the order journey is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Duties and import charges

Free shipping covers the delivery charge. The customer may remain responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country where permitted by law.

Tracking support

If tracking has not updated for several business days or a parcel appears overdue, use the Contact page and include the order number.
