30-night voluntary trial

The voluntary change-of-mind trial runs for 30 days from confirmed delivery. Contact PMHOURS before it ends and include the order number. PM1™ and its included components must be returned in reasonable condition. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage.

Faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products

This voluntary policy does not exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact PMHOURS with the order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos or video so an appropriate remedy can be assessed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the funds.
