How it works

  1. The 30-day period starts from confirmed delivery.
  2. Contact PMHOURS before the period ends and include your order number.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by support.
  4. Return PM1™ and its included components in reasonable condition.

Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping is free and has no separate amount to refund.

This voluntary trial does not exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products are assessed separately under the Refund Policy.
