Using PM1™
What is PM1™?
PM1™ is a compact Bluetooth speaker designed for listening under or near a pillow. It plays audio from a compatible phone and also includes built-in white noise and timed playback.
Does anything go in my ears?
No. PM1™ is a speaker; it is not an earbud or headphone.
Where should I place it?
Start beneath the edge of your pillow or immediately beside it, then adjust the position and volume for your pillow and sleeping position. Do not place it where it creates pressure or discomfort.
Can I play podcasts, audiobooks, ASMR or music?
Yes. Pair a compatible phone using Bluetooth 5.4 and play audio from your preferred app.
How do I pair it?
Turn PM1™ on, open Bluetooth settings on your device and select the speaker when it appears. Follow the included quick-start guide if your device does not find it immediately.
How is it charged?
PM1™ has a USB-C charging connection. Use a compatible power source and follow the included charging guide.
How long does the battery last?
PM1™ is rechargeable. Runtime varies with volume, content and use, so PMHOURS does not advertise a specific maximum until it can be verified from a production unit.
What built-in sounds are included?
The supplier documents built-in white noise. PMHOURS does not advertise a longer sound list until it can be verified from a production unit.
How does timed playback work?
PM1™ includes timed playback so audio does not need to continue indefinitely. The included guide explains the available controls.
Will a partner hear it?
PM1™ keeps audio closer to the pillow than a conventional room speaker, but it is not silent. What another person hears depends on volume, pillow, room and sleeping position.
How should I clean it?
Disconnect power first. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, barely damp cloth and allow it to dry fully. Do not immerse it, machine-wash it or apply liquid directly to the ports or controls.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide tracked shipping is included where the checkout accepts the destination. Availability and delivery estimates depend on the configured shipping zone.

What do the bundles contain?
Single contains one PM1™, Couple two, Home Set three and Family Set four. Each bundle contains the same blue PM1™ model.
What is the 30-night trial?
It is a voluntary change-of-mind return period starting from confirmed delivery. Read the 30-Night Trial and Refund Policy pages for conditions. Australian consumer guarantees continue to apply separately.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfilment begins, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.
